Delivery

Q. How soon after ordering can I expect delivery?
A. We pack and ship within 1 working day of the order being placed. Within UK we usually ship by First Class post or, for packages restricted by length such as the Metz antenna, Standard Parcels (3 to 5 days). We sometimes use a courier service if appropriate for the size of the order.

For Europe we ship by Royal Mail Small Packet Airmail or courier. Delivery is typically 3 to 7 days depending on location.

Outside Europe we use either Small Packet Airmail or courier (UPS, FedEx etc.), as appropriate. Delivery can be from 3 days to 14 days, depending on location.

Q. What do I do if my goods don’t arrive?
A. If your goods have not been delivered in a reasonable time – allowing for any public holidays, industrial action, inclement weather or other mitigating circumstance – contact us. We can usually track the consignment. If the item is lost we will send a replacement and pursue the carrier for reimbursement of the lost item.

Q. How can I pay?
A. You can pay on line at the website by credit card or by PayPal. You can call or email with credit card details: + 44 (0)1995 672556. We can send an electronic invoice which you can pay by credit card or by PayPal. You can pay by bank transfer – contact us for bank details.

Guarantees and returns

Q. What guarantees do your products carry?
A. 12 months on most items. Lifetime on the Metz antenna coil.

Q. What if I don’t like a product when I receive it?
A. We operate a no-quibble returns system – If you receive an item and it doesn’t meet your expectations return it immediately for a refund excluding postage.

Q. What if a product is faulty or damaged?
A. If an item is faulty or damaged it will be replaced or your money will be refunded, your choice. We’ll ask you to return the faulty item at our cost.

Prices

Q. Are your prices competitive?
A. We take great care to ensure that we offer the best prices on all our products. We do monthly comparison checks on competitor prices. If you see an identical item at a lower price, please tell us.
